Dr. Kemmerer volunteers at local shelters, rescues, and wildlife rehabilitation facilities, helping to help bridge the gap between the seemingly endless needs of anymals and a shortage of willing hands. Her favorite task is feeding orphaned babies—opossums, rabbits, and squirrels.
